Cumberland County Gleaning Initiative

The Gleaning Initiative harvests excess produce from local farms and gardens and redistributes it to communities throughout Cumberland County. We hope to significantly increase the amount of produce redirected from fields to organizations working with low-income populations.

If you are a community member looking for an active volunteer project, register below. We will happily explain how simple the process of gleaning can be.
